Virginia A. Kamsky "is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Kamsky Associates, Inc. She has been personally engaged in representing many major multinational corporations in China and other countries in the Asia Pacific region, and in structuring and executing investments resulting in several billion dollars of consummated transactions. Ms. Kamsky currently maintains offices in both the U.S. and China.

"Ms. Kamsky currently serves on the Board of Directors of both the Olin Corporation and Tecumseh Products, and has previously served as a board member of several major multinational corporations, including W.R. Grace, Co., where she served for 11 years.

"Ms. Kamsky serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the China Institute in America, the seventy-eight year old and oldest not-for-profit institution dedicated to the promotion of understanding between the U.S. and China.

"Ms. Kamsky’s other not-for-profit experience includes serving as a member of the Council on Foreign Relations; a director and member of the Executive Committee of the National Committee on U.S-China Relations; a member of the Advisory Committee of AmeriCares; a board member of the Hopkins–Nanjing Center for Chinese and American Studies for 18 years; and a founding governor of the American Chamber of Commerce in Beijing. She served on the Board of Trustees of Princeton University, including its executive and finance committees, the latter of which oversaw a $3 billion endowment fund. She is currently a member of the East Asian Advisory Board of Princeton University and a director of Princeton-In-Asia. Ms. Kamsky also served on the board of trustees of the University of Richmond, her father’s alma mater. She was awarded the “Entrepreneur of the Year” award by the University’s Business School.

"Ms. Kamsky’s writings have appeared in The Harvard Business Review and Directors & Boards Magazine. She was selected by Crain’s New York Business in 1990 as one of their “Forty under Forty to Succeed.” Ms. Kamsky was also chosen by Newsweek as one of “America’s 25 Top Asia Hands.” She was featured on PBS in the award winning Adam Smith Money World production: Kamsky Associates: Models of Enterprise, and was a commentator on trade and investment in China for the PBS series The Heart of the Dragon."
