Stuart Harris is on the executive committee of the Trilateral Commission. He is Professor of International Relations, Research School of Pacific and Asian Studies, Australian National University; former Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, Canberra.
In the past, he was Director, Bureau of Agricultural Economics (1967-72); Senior Official Department of Trade (1972-75); Director, Centre for Resource and Environmental Studies, ANU (1982-84); Head, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (1984-88). [1]
