Biography

"Shaun is an organisational development, monitoring and evaluation, and project design specialist. He began his working career in the non-governmental sector and has since been a consultant for more than 18 years for the South African government and many regional and international institutions, such as the Southern African Development Community, the United Nations and the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria. He also works extensively with local and international donors and foundations and with the private sector. He has collaborated with large international consulting agencies. Shaun has been integral to many transformation programmes and processes in government in South Africa during the last 15 years."[1]
