Biographical Details
"Roger is a Member of the Competition Commission and Chair of Governors at the University of Winchester. He is also a non-executive director of Anglian Water and of Infraco, a government-backed developer of infrastructure projects in poor countries. With a background in economics, Roger has worked for the Bank of England, the UN, BP and National Power, where he was Finance Director from 1996 to 2000." [1]
