Riverside Partners is a Boston-based private investment firm that "invests in growing middle market healthcare and technology oriented companies." The company was founded in 1988 by a group of general partners who still serve on the board of directors. Its website states it is "currently investing Riverside Fund V, L.P., a $561 million equity fund, with committed capital from leading institutional investors, including endowments and foundations, family offices, pension funds, and fund of funds. . . We typically invest in companies with revenues between $10 million and $100 million that operate across a wide spectrum of the healthcare and technology industries."[1]
