Reggie Naidoo is Group Chief Executive Officer of the AGE Group.

"Reggie obtained a Diploma in Specialised World Banking and Finance from the University of Colorado (USA). Since then he researched and delivered papers on small and medium enterprise development at institutions such as the Development Bank of Southern Africa, the Independent Development Trust, universities, business forums and community organisations.

"In 2000 he joined Decillion Limited and was appointed Joint Managing Director of Decillion (SA) and subsequently held the position of MD, Treasury Management Services (Pty) Ltd.

"In this time he also founded the African General Equity Group. Reggie was actively involved in the development of the ANC’s Economic Policy and has contributed to establishing a number of developmental institutions.

"Apart from his management experience he worked extensively with various donor agencies in raising development funds. These donors include the German Technical Co-operation, Scandinavian Technical Co-operation (especially DANIDA, FINNIDA, SIDA), European Union, US Aid and the Dutch Technical Co-operation.

"He has also solicited substantial assistance from Corporate South Africa as well as international NGO’s and private sector internationally. Reggie’s extensive business experience ,entrepreneurial flair and results- driven ethos is invaluable in building and extending the business activities of the AGE Group In his capacity as Group Chief Executive Officer."
