Reaching HIV/AIDS Affected People with Integrated Development and Support (RAPIDS) "is a consortium of six NGO’s, World Vision (lead agency) Africare, CARE, CRS, Expanded Church Response, and The Salvation Army. This five year program is funded through a $57 million investment by the U.S. Government under the President’s Emergency Plan for HIV/AIDS." [1]
