Ralph Noyes (died in 1998) was the general secretary of the Centre for Crop Circle Studies (CCCS). [1] In the late 1980s he was also the Hon. Secretary to the Society for Psychical Research. [2] Author of The Crop Circle Enigma: A Range of Viewpoints from the Centre of Crop Circle Studies (Gateway Books, Bath, 1990).
