The Prague Network is "a new international grouping of institutes" conceived by Czech President Vaclav Klaus to promote global warming skepticism[1] and to study "energy issues".[2] Besides Klaus, founding members of the network include Iain Murray, Carlo Stagnaro, and Gabriel Calzada.[2]

As of October 17, 2009, there is a stub web site praguenetwork.org which is registered to the US-based Competitive Enterprise Institute. The domain name was registered in November 2008 and lists Ryan Lynch as the administrative contact.[3]
