Peter Cuthbertson was born in 1983 in Darlington, County Durham, UK. While studying for his first degree in Philosophy, Politics & Economics (PPE) at the University of Essex, he worked part time for The Taxpayers' Alliance and was Deputy Chairman of a large Conservative Future branch. [1]
