Patrick Reynolds is a former actor and grandson of Richard Joshua Reynolds, founder of the R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company. Following several deaths in the family from smoking (including his father), he became a prominent tobacco control advocate. He lives in Beverly Hills, California. His father, R.J. Reynolds Jr., died of emphysema in 1964 [1] Reynolds founded an anti-smoking organization in 1989. He gives talks to school children about tobacco.
