Olsen & Delisi
The chain of ownership for Olsen & Delisi is, similar to that of the Praxis List Company -- which involves the same principals -- a complicated one to sort.
Both originate as part of or connected with Karl Rove & Company. Olsen & Delisi was created through a partnership by former Karl Rove employees Ted Delisi and Todd Olsen when, in 1999, Rove sold off interest in his company (whether all or part has not been clearly determined) when Rove joined the Bush-Cheney 2000 presidential campaign.
Another (perhaps third) partner in this tangle of companies is another former Karl Rove & Company employee, Heather Shuvalov.
