Ted Delisi, also the company's CEO, co-founded Delisi Communications in 1999, described as "a grassroots and direct mail company based in Austin, Texas, ... [which was] the sole fundraising direct mail firm for Bush for President." [1]
According to the August 28, 2003, Dallas Morning News, Delisi Communications led the "Yes on 12 campaign." [2]
Texas Proposition 12 Passed: "Pushing Proposition 12 is Yes on 12, [was] funded almost entirely by doctors, hospitals, other medical groups and business groups and directed by Delisi Communications of Austin. Save Texas Courts maintains that the insurance industry and health maintenance organizations are the real force behind the proposed amendment." [3]
