Biographical Information
"Matthew was until 2009 Director and founder shareholder of London Recycling Ltd. He is also managing partner of a restaurant in Soho, the Soho Pizzeria.
"He is a director of the Conservation Foundation (UK), the Soho Community Environment Fund and chairs the Westminster Citizens Advice Licensing service.
"Matthew is also a member of the Institute of Directors, the Chartered Institute of Wastes Management, and a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts."[1]
