Biographical Information
"Mr. Marc Fasteau serves as the Director and Secretary of American Capital Assurance Corp. and American Strategic Insurance, Corp. Mr. Fasteau serves as the President of Fulcrum Partners, LLC. He is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Arx Holding Corp., a Florida operating subsidiary, American Strategic Insurance Corp. He serves as Financial Advisor to international high speed rail consortia seeking to develop systems in Texas and to GEC Alsthom, Inc. for cross border acquisitions in the U.S. Until 1996, he served as a Managing Director and Partner of Dillon, Read & Co. Inc. During his 14 years as an Investment Banker, Mr. Fasteau concentrated on large project and revenue based financings for public sector clients. He has served as lead banker for $500+ million financings for, among others, the State of California, Harris County (Texas), New York City and Broward County (Florida). He serves as a Director of Home Pointe Insurance Company. His prior experience includes corporate law practice in New York City, service as Staff Director and Counsel to a Rockefeller Foundation commission on U.S. policy toward South Africa and service on the professional staffs of the Joint Economic Committee of Congress, U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mike Mansfield and the faculty of the Kennedy School, Harvard University. Mr. Fasteau holds an A.B. cum laude from Harvard College and a J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School."[1]

Before forming Fulcrum Partners, he was a partner at Dillon Read & Co., a New York investment bank. From 1979 until 1982 he served as Staff Director and Counsel for the Rockefeller Foundation Study Commission on South Africa. He is a graduate of Harvard College and the Harvard Law School." [2]
