Biographical Information
"Victor joined Turning Point as Chief Executive in September 2001. Turning Point is one of the UK's leading health and social care organisations providing services to people with complex needs. Victor is on the Board of the Audit Commission, formerly on the Board of the National School of Government and is a Fellow of the Sunningdale Institute. He is President of the International Association of Philosophy and Psychiatry, Chaired the Positive Change Advisory Group and is Honorary President of the Community Practitioners and Health Visitors Association. Victor is Chancellor and a visiting Professor of Lincoln University. In 2000, Victor was awarded the CBE in the New Year's Honours List for services to the New Deal, the unemployed and homeless young people. In 2001 he was appointed a cross bench member of the House of Lords' "[1]
