Ken Evans is a sixth-grade teacher in Vancouver, Wash. He is also a member of Teacher Choice, a national association of teachers and educators who "support choices, accountability, and reduced regulation in education". [1]
He wrote at least one articles for the Alexis de Tocqueville Institution (AdTI).[2]
On a contact page of the AdTI site (www.adti.net/staffemail.html), which has become defunct since May/June 2004, 'Dan Evans' was mentioned as 'Teacher Choice Fellow' for AdTI. On the Education Reform page of that same site however, he is mentioned as 'Ken Evans'. (Something similar happened with the name of Daniel S. Konieczko).
