Jane P. Madden
Jane Madden "is a CSR expert with 20 years experience in 25 countries including, Afghanistan, China, Russia and Saudi Arabia. She has a wealth of expertise in emerging markets, stakeholder engagement, NGO’s and multilateral organizations. Before joining Edelman, Jane ran her own CSR consulting firm, Social Sustainability International where she advised multilateral agencies, NGO’s and private sector clients on ESG strategies, capacity building and partnerships. Her clients included Ben & Jerry’s, Xerox, The Brookings Institution and The Inter-American Development Bank.

"Jane was a World Bank official for 12 years. Her education and capacity building portfolio included education and technology, gender, and transitional economies. Jane launched the World Bank Global Development Learning Network Center in Kabul, Afghanistan. By engaging key stakeholders from the Afghan government, NGO’s and the local community, she expanded local policy makers’ access to global information and knowledge. Jane also managed the Joint Vienna Institute, an education program for senior government officials from the former Soviet Republics. She served on the Bank’s Community Outreach Committee and was an education reviewer for the Development Marketplace competition.
