Bernie Robinson was the Director of Corporate Affairs (eg. misinformation, corrupt science, and bribery) for Philip Morris --handling the EEMA Region (East Europe, Mediterranean, Middle East and North Africa). He lived in Switzerland in the 1980s and so he also handled company's involvement in the International tobacco lobbying operations known as INFOTAB
