"The purpose of the Intuition Network is to help create a world in which all people feel encouraged to cultivate and use their inner, intuitive resources." [1]

"The Intuition Network was founded in 1986 by Weston H. Agor, Professor of Public Administration, University of Texas at El Paso. Author of several books about intuitive decision making, Dr. Agor designed the Network as a coalition of small groups where people would come together to share their knowledge and experience. Receiving generous funding from the Charlson Research Foundation of Minneapolis, Dr. Agor established a newsletter, organized conferences, and by 1993 built the Network up to over 7,500 members throughout the world.

"Having achieved this foundation, Dr. Agor chose to bring new leadership into the Network. He selected psychologist Jeffrey Mishlove to replace him as Director. In the summer of 1993, Dr. Mishlove arranged for the Intuition Network to merge with the Institute of Noetic Sciences of Sausalito, California. In February 1996, IN became an independent nonprofit organization." [2]
