Hooper Communications was a small public relations firm run by Ken Hooper, former Daily Telegraph journalist and long-term press secretary to past NSW Premier Nick Greiner.
In 1999 the firm ran a bogus resident campaign in the name of the 'North Strathfield Resident Action Group' on behalf of its client Westfield, a shopping centre company chaired by founder Frank Lowy.
