Biographical Information

"Helen McCallum joined Which?, the independent consumer campaigning organisation in November 2007 with a remit to consolidate the policy underpinning its role as consumer champion. Her previous positions include over six years as director of corporate affairs at the Environment Agency where she helped transform its communications strategy.

"Her experience also includes work with the NHS and then the Department of Health where she was director of communications. She has been credited with helping to establish communications as an essential, nationwide dimension of the NHS."[1]
