Glenn Hurowitz
Glenn Hurowitz is president and co-founder of the political action committee Democratic Courage. [1]
Hurowitz is a journalist who just finished his first book Fear and Courage in the Democratic Party. He is a blogger and writer for the American Prospect, The Huffington Post[2] and Grist.[3] He has also contributed to The Daily Kos.[4]
Hurowitz served as "Deputy National Field Director for the US Public Interest Research Group where he fought to preserve the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge and protect America's national forests."[5] Prior to working for PIRG he was associate director of WILD PAC, "a political action committee that works to elect leaders at all levels of government who will champion protection of America's wilderness and public lands."[6]
