Gannongate is the term applied to the exposure of fake news reporter "Jeff Gannon" -- the pseudonym for James Guckert -- who worked for fake news agency Talon News, with "daily passes" somehow obtained from the Secret Service and FBI which allowed Guckert/Gannon access to White House press briefings and to parse questions to President George W. Bush.
