Biographical Information
"Fred Payne became Chief Executive of the Bank Workers Charity in January 2003, following a career of over 30 years in banking. The Bank Workers Charity delivers a broad range of support and advice services in partnership with national brand charities targeted on money, housing and well being for families and retirees. Mr Payne became a trustee of Elizabeth Finn Care in 2009, having already been a board director of Turn2us."[1]
