We realised that by working in partnership with sector-leading charities we could provide expert specialist services to our clients, thereby increasing what we could do for our growing constituency. The first organisations to partner with us were Turn2Us, The National Autistic Society, Leonard Cheshire Disability and Arthritis Care. To complement this change in our operational approach we re-branded to the Bank Workers Charity...
"Working with banks and with Robertson Cooper and The Work Foundation we initiated a major research programme to help us understand the ever more complex needs of the banking community. In parallel we entered into further partnerships with Refuge, Relate, Step-Change Debt Charity, Working Families and Kidscape." [1]
