Diane La Voy is a former "Senior Program Officer with the Academy for Educational Development and Project Coordinator for the Civic Engagement for Education Reform in Central America (CERCA) Project. In 1974 she founded the Washington Office on Latin America (WOLA) and served as its first director. She has served as the Senior Policy Advisor for Participatory Development for the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and been the Inter-American Foundation's representative for Chile and Argentina."
