Democracy Digest
Democracy Digest "provides news, analysis and information on democracy promotion and related matters. The Digest is produced at the National Endowment for Democracy and published by the Transatlantic Democracy Network, which aims to inform and convene democratic and civil society activists committed to promoting democracy. The Network is affiliated with the World Movement for Democracy." [1]
In April 2004 Democracy Digest was "published weekly by The Transatlantic Democracy Network, a cooperative effort of the World Movement for Democracy (which provides "Information") and Freedom House (which edits "Issues")." At that time the two editors of the Digest were Michael Allen and Penn Kemble. [2]
"Democracy Digest welcomes cooperation from organizations and individuals in building circulation and in obtaining articles, speeches, web site addresses, organizational statements and other materials that may be of interest to readers.
