"While working for The Boeing Company, David served on the leadership council designing leadership and systems thinking curricula to help transition Boeing’s leadership and management culture from an authority based system to a team and process culture focused on quality. David’s work has been heavily influenced by thought leaders such as Russell Ackhoff, Peter Senge, Margaret Wheatley, and David Whyte who were instrumental in the success of the Boeing programs. While at Boeing, David led a team of engineers to design, develop and deliver Boeing’s first global-training network which has been credited for making new leadership skills available to a global Boeing audience.
"David has learned his craft from a broad range of experiences that include a Masters Degree in Interpersonal Communication and Organizational Development from the University of Washington, and 25 years of experience leading workshops, consulting with executives and managing teams in corporations. Personal development has always been a passion of David’s as he has pursued his own “transformative” inner work with trips abroad to Southeast Asia, Australia, India and the Himalayas, studies with John P. Milton (Sacred Passage) and personal “solo” journeys into nature for rejuvenation and solitude.
