Cynthia A. Walters (Attorney, assisted w/ Cipollone case): Attorney with the Short Hills, NJ firm of Budd, Larner, Gross, Rosenbaum, Greenberg & Sade, P.C., 150 John F. Kennedy Parkway, Short Hills, NJ 07078. Associate of Marc Edell, who assisted in trial of Cipollone case (Jenkins, p. 148). Walters was the plaintiffs' attorney in Haines case, circa 1992 (Judge H.L. Sarokin, Haines opinion 2/6/92).
