Council on Economic Priorities
Council on Economic Priorities
"Founded in 1969, the Council on Economic Priorities (CEP), is a public service research organization, dedicated to the accurate and impartial analysis of the social and environmental records of corporations.
"Based in New York and London, with partners in Japan, England, France, Australia, Italy, Sweden, Canada, Germany, Belgium, India, and Switzerland, CEP is committed to making information on corporate social responsibility available to millions of consumers, investors, policy makers and businesses.
"Greater access to information enables investors and consumers to make more informed choices whether they are deciding what brand of toothpaste to buy or where to invest their money. Corporations are encouraged by those choices to continue to use their extensive financial and social resources for positive change." [1]
