"Leicester Community Legal Advice Centre is managed in a partnership between Howells Solicitors and A4e Ltd. The Centre is jointly funded by Leicester City Council and the Legal Services Commission." [1] The Community Legal Advice Centre closed on 28 March 2013. "This is due to the changes to Legal Aid which are implemented on 1st April 2013 resulting in a funding cut." [2] The service was taken over by the Leicestershire Citizens Advice Bureau .
