Chuck McDonald is the founder of the Texas-based public relations firm McDonald Public Relations.
In 2002 and 2003 McDonald had as one of his clients Texans for Lawsuit Reform, a group that campaign for tort reform to limit the potential for class actions and medical malpractice lawsuits. [1][2]
In November 2006 McDonald worked for the energy company TXU to establish a front group, Texans for Affordable and Reliable Power. [3]
