"Caravan, the trading name of the National Grocers' Benevolent Fund, is the charity for the grocery industry.
"Caravan helps people all over the UK who have worked, or are working, in the grocery industry and who need some extra support to get by. The charity raises money through a variety of fundraising events, donations and corporate sponsorship. The financial and welfare help that Caravan provides makes a very real difference. In 2012, Caravan and the charity for the confectionery trade 'Sweet Charity' are merging to create a strong unified voice for the grocery industry." [1]
