Biographical Information

"David is Chief Executive of both Guildhouse UK Ltd and Guildhouse Holdings Ltd and also a major shareholder. He has hands-on responsibility for appraising development opportunities, both in public and private sectors, and for raising a wide variety of debt and equity funding. He is also personally involved in identifying and negotiating the appropriate corporate and contract structures for off-balance sheet finance and Public/Private Partnerships. David has over 30 years experience in property covering a wide range of projects in both the public and private sectors, in the UK and overseas.

"He sits on the boards of a number of companies and organisations including the LIFT companies which form the joint venture with the NHS. He is also on the Board of the joint venture company set up with Barclays Private Equity targeting PPP investments. David was for 10 years a Main Board Director of Affinity (now Affinity Sutton) Housing Group, one of the UK's largest social housing providers, and remains a shareholder. As a Director he has gained valuable experience in Corporate Governance appropriate to publicly funded bodies."
