The Alliance to Feed the Future is an organization that promotes "the benefits that our modern, efficient food system provides to consumers and society."[1] The Alliance, which consists of many food industry trade groups, a few universities, and many food industry front group organizations, works to coordinate efforts to influence public opinion in favor of the current food system. The Alliance's mission is:[2]

"Multiply the impact of separate efforts that build understanding of food production and technology issues among key stakeholders to balance the public dialogue on modern agriculture and large-scale food production."

The Center for Food Safety has described the Alliance for Food Safety as an "example of how various trade groups can come together under the common cause of propaganda promotion." According to a study by the Center for Food Safety, The Alliance uses a variety of methods to reach out to the public, including promoting educational curricula for elementary and middle schools and hosting panels on “Food Security through Modern Agriculture."[3]
