The 2007 Conservative Victory Committee, a Fairfax, Virginia-based political action committee, filed registration papers on May 9, 2007, with the Virginia State Board of Elections "with the stated purpose of 'Conservative'." Michael Boos is registered as treasurer.[1]
Boos, who is also Vice President, General Counsel, and the Director of the 501c4 fundraising organization Citizens United and who runs the 501c4 The Presidential Coalition, registered the 2007 Conservative Victory Committee as a 527 committee with the Internal Revenue Service on June 6, 2007.[2]
According to records released by the IRS on May 14, 2007, the PAC's purpose is to "Support election and appointment of conservatives to state and local public office and offices in state and local political organizations."[3]

The Committee states that it is affiliated with the Republican Party as well as The Presidential Coalition LLC at 1006 Pennsylvania Avene SE, Washington, DC, 20003.[4]
Financial reports
Since the PAC was registered on May 9, 2007, its initial quarterly report will not be due until July 15, 2007.[5]
