Yu Ping

In 1995 (at least) Yu Ping was a director of Human Rights in China.

In 1997 Yu Ping received a Soros Justice Fellowship to "analyze China's 1997 criminal justice reforms, undertaken as part of its stated commitment to strengthening defendants' rights, and to critique existing safeguards." [1]
