Biographical Information

"Yoko Difrancia is the Senior Specialist, PR & Alliance at House Foods America Corporation, one of the major Tofu producers in the US. Her primary responsibilities are in the areas of PR, Advertising and Promotions, supervising the development of sales collateral, recipes and website. In 2011 she initiated the promotional partnership with Dream Works Animations for its Kung Fu Panda 2 movie and DVD, and is currently working on the Madagascar 3 promotions. She also works with company’s senior management on the corporate alliance development. For the past three years she has been serving as a board member for the Soyfoods Association of North America (SANA) and co-chaired its Communications Committee. She currently serves as a Vice President of SANA."
