Philip Morris' Worldwide Accommodation Plan was a global version of Philip Morris' Accommodation Program, to preserve smoking in public places, help derail legislated smoking restrictions worldwide, and create a network of allies throughout the hospitality sector to help defend the tobacco industry against smoking bans.[1]
