Biographical Information
A biography from Morton International noted: "WILLIAM T. CRESON. We are saddened by the loss of William Creson, who died August 2, 1998, at age 69. His contributions to the Company and the Board were many and he will be missed. Mr. Creson served as a director of the Company and its predecessors since March 23, 1981. He also served as the Chairman of the Audit and Compensation Committees and as a member of the Nominating and Organization Committee, and would have retired in July of 1999. Mr. Creson retired in 1986 from Crown Zellerbach Corporation, where he served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. "[1]
