William S. Rickert, Ph.D.: Plaintiff
Biography
Dr. Rickert currently holds the position of Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Statistics and Actuarial Science at the University of Waterloo. He is also President of Labstat Incorporated which carries out tobacco related contract research and analyses. Dr. Rickert holds a Ph.D. in chemistry and has knowledge regarding the chemistry of cigarettes, their additives and smoke constituents.
