William S. Kaiser has served as a director of Red Hat "since September 1998. Mr. Kaiser has been employed by Greylock Management Corporation, a venture capital firm, since May 1986 and has been one of the general partners of the Greylock Limited Partnerships since January 1988. Mr. Kaiser also serves on the board of directors of several private companies and of Constant Contact, Inc. (NASDAQ:CTCT), a provider of email marketing and online surveys for small organizations."
