William Ford
In 1996 "'57, M.A. '59, deputy director of the U.S. AID program in South Africa, has been named president and CEO of the African Development Foundation (ADF). He held administrative positions in Michigan with the Michigan Catholic Conference, Michigan's Economic Opportunity Office (1966), Michigan's Employment Security Commission (1969). Ford was director of USAID/Nigeria from 1971-1976, USAID/Indonesia, South Pacific and ASEAN Affairs, 1980-1983.“ [1]
He is no longer the president of ADF.
