William Merritt

William "Bill" Merritt was Director of Industry Affairs on the issue of third-party support for: Philip Morris circa 1984. Merritt was a speaker at PM's 1984 Corporate Affairs World Conference where he discussed how to apply the third party technique to benefit the company.[1]
