William Kirst "is a Managing Director and head of JPMorgan’s Latin America Depositary Receipts business. In this role he is responsible for maintaining and expanding the firm’s leading role in the depositary receipts business in Latin America. Mr. Kirst has held several key positions since joining JPMorgan in 1994, most recently as Senior Vice President of International Coverage at J.P. Morgan Securities, Inc. He has worked closely with Latin American corporations, correspondent and central banks and Fortune 100 global multinationals in several positions in the firm’s Corporate Banking and Treasury & Securities Services businesses. Prior to JPMorgan, Mr. Kirst worked in trade and commodity finance at Rabobank Nederland and in finance and asset and liability management at Wells Fargo-First Interstate, Ltd. He is active with the JPMorgan Foundation in Latin America and serves as a board member of Pro Mujer. Mr. Kirst holds an M.B.A. with honors from the University of Texas and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Iowa. He has lived and worked in Mexico City and Puerto Rico and is fluent in Spanish." [1]
