Biographical Information

"William joined Bridgepoint in 1986 and led the Firm’s business in the UK until becoming Managing Partner in 2001. He is chairman of Bridgepoint’s Investment Advisory Committee and Operating Committee.

"William has worked extensively on private equity transactions across Europe and has served on a range of boards. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Pret A Manger, the ready to eat food and beverage retailer and President of the Board of Dorna Sports, the international sports management and marketing company. Dorna is headquartered in Madrid and runs the Moto GP world motorcycling championship. William is also a Non Executive Director of British Land plc, the FTSE 100 property company."
