Commenting before on the eve of the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq, NewsMax reported January 28, 2003, that O'Neil "appears characteristically optimistic today. He cited Bush's economic plan and the effect it will have on the longer-term stock market. He says President Bush’s economic stimulus plan will recharge the sagging financial markets.
