William Ian Campbell was a Philip Morris CEO and President in 1986 & 1991-95. He was Vice President of Philip Morris, Inc. from 1984 to 1985. He was on the Board of Directors for Philip Morris, Inc. from 1986 to 1987 and then again from 1992 to 1995. On April 14, 1994 at a House Subcommittee Hearing he stated, under oath, "I believe that nicotine is not addictive, yes."[1]
