Biographical Information

"Will is Chairman of Howden Joinery Group plc and the Ecclesiastical Insurance Group. He is also a senior advisor of Lazard & Co, a Non-Executive Director of the Edinburgh Investment Trust plc and a Director of the All Churches Trust. In January 2012, Will was appointed by the Financial Services Authority as its senior advisor on investment banking.

"He was previously a Director of Schroders plc, Co-Chief Executive Officer of Schroder Salomon Smith Barney (a division of [[[Citigroup]] Inc.) and Vice Chairman, European Investment Bank of Citigroup Inc and Chairman of H.P. Bulmer plc."
